Mezcal De Leyenda Durango is a mezcal from the mountainous Durango region of Mexico. It is made from wild agave Durangensis and distilled in copper stills. On the nose it shows red earth, pine, minerals and a lightly smoky note. The palate is vigorous and rich, with aromatic herbs and a flinty accent, leading to a persistent finish. It is best served at room temperature, as a digestif or sipped slowly.
