Michel Couvreur Clearach is a single malt distilled in Scotland and then sent to Burgundy to mature in sherry casks. It is reduced to 43% with water from the Pentland Hills and comes in a 70cl bottle. The Couvreur family looks after it at Bouze-lès-Beaune, in a cellar dug deep into the Burgundy rock. Each bottle is corked, waxed and labelled by hand.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
