Michter's US 1 Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45.7%)

Michter's US 1 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mashbill built around American corn. It is produced as a small batch whiskey in a strict sense. Each batch is assembled in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty barrels, which leaves no room to blend out weaker barrels, so every barrel has to stand up on its own.
