Peated is part of the Milk and Honey Elements Series, a single malt from Tel Aviv, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was vatted from ex-bourbon and ex-Islay casks and matured in the hot, humid climate of the city.
The palate is medium-bodied, with vanilla sweetness followed by a delicate touch of peat, then light spice alongside ginger and lemon. The finish is long, the peat coating the mouth while delicate oak and lemon linger.
