Milk & Honey Apex Dead Sea (70cl)

Apex Dead Sea is a whisky from the Israeli distillery Milk and Honey, and the first whisky to have aged at the lowest place on earth, 423 metres below sea level. Casks of various types and sizes were placed on the roof of a hotel on the shore of the Dead Sea. They spent a year in extreme heat, with temperatures reaching 50°C, and lost close to 25% of their contents to the angels' share. The release is limited to 4,892 bottles worldwide, in 70cl bottles. It won double gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and grand gold at the 2021 Frankfurt International Trophy.
