A single cask Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2023 at four years old. North Star Spirits released it as Cask Series 023, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a refill hogshead and filled 198 bottles at its natural cask strength of 64.2% ABV. It has no added colouring and was not chill filtered.
The nose offers ripe banana and papaya, with melting butter on malt loaf. On the palate a wave of ripe fruit meets sweet oak and a warming quality. The finish is oaky, buttery and fruity.
