This is a single malt from Milk & Honey Distillery, part of its APEX range, bottled at 56.2% ABV. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, STR casks and ex-red wine casks. The nose brings together ripe red fruits, warm spices and a soft oaky note. On the palate it is full and powerful, with dark berries, candied fruit, spicy sweetness and a light vinous depth. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and fruit.
