A cask-strength Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey, bottled at 58.3% ABV in a 750ml bottle. This limited single-cask release of 1,238 bottles is the third expression in the Art & Craft series. The spirit was distilled on 26 February 2019 and bottled on 12 May 2022 after maturation in casks previously used for a Doppelbock-style beer. It is non-chill-filtered with no added colour.
Aroma: honey, sticky caramel, toffee, vanilla custard and crème brûlée, with citrus, wildflowers, tobacco leaf and dark chocolate. Taste: sweet and creamy, with baked orange, marzipan, toffee, coffee, dark chocolate-dipped orange peel, green apple and honey. Finish: long and warming, with coffee, toasted malt, caramel and bittersweet chocolate.
