This is an Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey Distillery, a single cask bottling from a first fill PX sherry hogshead, number 3550. It was distilled on 23 November 2021 and bottled on 1 August 2026, giving 325 bottles at a cask strength of 57.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The whisky has a deep amber tone from the sherry cask. The nose is dense with PX sweetness, suggesting dark raisins, dates and dried fruit. On the palate it has a full body, with caramel and a fine, refined spiciness.
