Milk & Honey – Classic Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Milk & Honey Classic is the core range single malt from the Milk & Honey distillery in Israel, founded in 2013. It is bottled by the distillery at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. The whisky is a vatting of ex-bourbon casks and Shaved, Toasted & Recharred red wine casks, and is medium-bodied with plenty of vanilla sweetness. The nose is gently sweet with vanilla, light oak and floral notes. The palate is light, with vanilla, caramel and honey, balanced by oak and a little black pepper. The finish is short and delicate, with oak lingering alongside a light spiciness.
