Milk & Honey – Elements Israeli Red Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

This Israeli single malt in a 70cl bottle is the red wine part of the Elements trilogy from Milk & Honey. It was matured in red wine barrels sourced from Israel's leading wineries, and it is kosher, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The distillery describes the result as a floral malt with notes of dark chocolate, shaped by the spicy character that Israel's climate and soils give its wine casks. The nose combines red dried fruits, ginger, oak and a delicate coconut note over a gentle mineral perfume. The palate is light-bodied, with wine flavours coating the mouth, subtle oak, vanilla and soft floral blossom. The medium finish carries dried fruits, wine and a touch of dark raisin.
