Milk & Honey – Elements Israeli Red Wine Cask Single Malt (70cl)

Elements Red Wine Cask is an Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey, matured in red wine barrels sourced from Israeli wineries. It is the red wine part of the Elements trilogy. It is non-chill-filtered, natural in colour and kosher. Israel's Mediterranean climate, varied soils, hot days and cool nights give the local wine a spicy character, which passes into the casks. The result is a floral malt with notes of dark chocolate. The nose combines red dried fruits, ginger, oak and a little coconut over a gentle mineral note. The palate is light-bodied, with wine flavours, subtle oak and vanilla, then floral blossom. The finish is medium, with dried fruits and dark raisins.
