Milk & Honey – Elements Sherry Cask (70cl, 46%)

Milk & Honey Elements Sherry Cask is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% abv. The distillery's team travelled to Jerez in Spain to oversee the making of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry especially for it. The casks were seasoned with that sherry for one year in Jerez, then brought to the distillery to mature its new make spirit. It is described as the first single malt in the world aged in kosher sherry casks, with robust flavours of red fruit, dark chocolate and oak.
