Fabuuulous comes from Milk & Honey, Israel's first whisky distillery. It was distilled on 14 April 2019, matured in an American oak ex-Israeli pomegranate wine barrique and bottled on 30 November 2022 at a cask strength of 64.7% ABV. The outturn was 262 bottles of 70cl.
The nose brings figs, blackberries and treacle, with fresh mascarpone, mango and a cherry tart biscuit base, then hibiscus, red liquorice and chilli. The palate is muscular, with fruity dark chocolate, rich sweet wine, dark cherries and red wine gums. The finish is long, with meringue, espresso beans, returning mango and gentle oak smoke.
