Milk & Honey Peated Cask is an Israeli single malt from the distillery's Elements range. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-Islay whisky, STR and virgin oak casks, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without colouring or chill filtration.
It is medium-bodied, sweet, spicy and lightly smoky. The nose is fresh, with smoke and earth, vanilla and oak, and a hint of lemon. Vanilla sweetness on the palate gives way to delicate peat, light spice, ginger and lemon. The long finish keeps the peat alongside delicate oak and lemon.
