This is a 1993 Millford single malt from New Zealand, aged 10 years and matured in oak casks.
The nose is floral and fruity, with vanilla, honey, citrus fruits and a touch of grass and grain. The palate is smooth and gentle, with vanilla, honey, lemon, coconut milk, hazelnut and a subtle peppery spice.
The finish is short and peppery, with sweet vanilla that dries towards the end.
