Millstone 10 Year Old is a Dutch single malt from Zuidam Distillers in the Netherlands. It was matured for a minimum of ten years in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by Oloroso character, with dried fruit, orange, honey and toffee alongside seasoned wood. The palate is full and honeyed, with raisins, chocolate and fresh orange developing over rich malt and sherry-cask sweetness. The finish is medium to long, with orange, raisins, stewed fruit and gentle oak.
