Millstone 100 is a Dutch rye whisky made by Zuidam Distillers in Baarle-Nassau. It is distilled from 100% rye in small copper pot stills.
The whisky is matured for a minimum of 100 months in new American oak, which gives the bottle its name.
The nose brings citrus fruit and spice with honey, vanilla and fresh oak. The palate is rich and fruity, with honeyed sweetness and delicate spice before a pronounced rye character. The finish is long and peppery, with vanilla, oak and warming spice.
