Millstone Special #37 is a 20-year-old Dutch rye whisky from a single cask of new American oak, made by Zuidam Distillers in Baarle-Nassau. It was distilled on 11 January 2005 and bottled on 20 August 2025 at 48.8%, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
The cask gave 135 bottles of 70cl.
The nose combines spicy rye bread, passion fruit and overripe banana with vanilla, coconut, oak and caramelised mandarin peel. On the palate, firm rye spice and sweet vanilla meet nuts, raisins and toffee. The finish is long and warm, led by oak, dark chocolate and lingering nuttiness.
