Millstone Oloroso Sherry is a Dutch single malt made by Zuidam Distillers from unpeated malted barley. It is matured in first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV.
The sherry influence is clear, with dried fruit, raisins, sweet spice and malt, and a gentle warmth from the oak.
The nose leads with dried fruit and raisins alongside sweet malt and warm spice. The palate is rounded and fruit-forward, with a slightly nutty sherry-cask note, and the finish carries dried fruit and gentle spice.
