This is a Dutch single malt from the Zuidam distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The whisky matured only in American oak casks, which give it a clear, wood-led profile.
The nose offers fresh vanilla and gentle oak with light caramel and spice. The palate is soft and balanced, with sweet wood, vanilla and a little fruit. The finish is medium in length and warm, with spicy notes and lingering oak.
