Minuty M Rosé is a dry-styled Provence rosé from Château Minuty, made under the Côtes de Provence AOP from a blend of grape varieties typical of the region. It is a light, fresh wine built around lively acidity.
The nose carries delicate citrus, red fruit and peach. On the palate the attack is crisp, with fresh fruit flavours and a light, fluid texture. The finish is clean and persistent, with citrus notes and a touch of minerality.
It is best served well chilled, between 8 and 10°C, as an aperitif or with salads, grilled dishes and seafood.
