Minuty Prestige Côtes de Provence 2022 (75cl, 13%)

Minuty Prestige is a rosé from Côtes de Provence, made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are gently pressed in pneumatic presses, then cold-settled at 15 °C before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve freshness. It matures in cool cellars over winter. In the glass it is a bright salmon-pink rosé. The nose shows fresh strawberries, raspberries, a fine mineral note and floral nuances reminiscent of wild flowers. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with an elegant texture and fine, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long, with lingering fruit and floral-spicy notes.
