Mionetto Vivo Cuvée Extra Dry Spumante

A sparkling wine from the Treviso area, made from selected grapes using the Charmat method. It is intended for immediate consumption while retaining personality. Fine, persistent perlage, with fruity notes of green apple and ripe pear and light floral notes. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with velvety sweetness fading into pleasant freshness. It suits an aperitif or delicate dishes such as seafood salads, light starters and fresh cheeses.
