Mister Peat Batch Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 53.7%)

Mister Peat Batch Strength is a Scotch single malt bottled at 53.7%, a stronger version of the brand's original, which is bottled at 46%. It comes in a 70cl bottle, is not chill-filtered and keeps its natural pale gold colour. Peat is at the centre of this whisky, with plant and ashy impressions, pronounced smoke, and fruity and savoury notes. The nose is strongly smoky, recalling peat and burning wood, with salty, earthy and vegetal tones, vanilla, salted popcorn and light fruit. The palate is lively and sweet, with peat smoke, ash, grilled and smoked meat, citrus, ripe pear and honey. The long finish brings cold ash, roasted coffee, barbecue sauce, malt bread and herbs.
