Monacesca Ecclesia Chardonnay IGT

A composed, balanced Chardonnay IGT from Monacesca. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose is fragrant and measured, with white-fleshed fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate is smooth and controlled, with no tannins, and the finish is clean with good, convivial persistence. Serve it cool in glasses suited to white wine, and it suits light fish dishes, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and starters.
