A white wine from the Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG denomination, made by Monacesca. In the glass it shows a straw colour with light reflections. The nose brings white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and subtle mineral notes. On the palate it offers good structure, balanced acidity and a savoury progression that supports the finish, keeping freshness and cohesion. It pairs with structured fish dishes, shellfish, savoury risottos, white meats and medium or aged cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
