A white wine from Monacesca, made in the Verdicchio di Matelica tradition. It has a bright straw colour, with white fruit, citrus, floral notes and a mineral sensation that supports freshness. On the palate it balances structure and acidity, with pleasant salinity and a prolonged finish. It pairs with grilled fish, shellfish, fish risotto, white meats and soft or medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 C. It may develop pleasantly in bottle over the coming years.
