Monacesca Terra di Mezzo Verdicchio di Matelica DOC

A white wine from Monacesca, made in a measured, recognisable style with clear freshness. It shows a pale straw colour, with white stone fruit, white flowers, aromatic herbs and a mineral trace on the nose. The palate balances lively acidity with medium body, returning fruity notes and a pleasant, never intrusive persistence. Versatile with light dishes such as seafood starters, fish soups, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, and suitable as an opening glass. Serve at around 10-12 C.
