A Sicilian white wine made from native grapes. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple, with light floral notes of field flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate it is fresh and medium-bodied, with good acidity, white fruit and citrus flavours, a light mineral sensation and a clean, fruity finish. It works well as an aperitif and pairs with fish dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses.
