Mortlach 11 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection at a natural 57.8% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour. It was distilled in 2010 and matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, which produced 697 bottles. Mortlach is known as 'The Beast of Dufftown' for its dense, meaty spirit character. The sherry cask is described as adding layers of dark fruits, espresso, chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice.
