A 13-year-old Mortlach from the Special Release 2021, bottled at 55.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a Speyside single malt and a distillery bottling, matured in virgin oak.
Mortlach is the oldest distillery in Dufftown. It was founded in 1823 on the banks of the Dullon and draws its water from the Conval Hills. Its whisky is distilled in six stills, one of which goes by the name 'wee witchy', meaning little witch.
