Mortlach 17 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Symington's Choice series. It was distilled in 2008, matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel and bottled in August 2025 at a natural 48.9% ABV. The release is a single cask of 162 individually numbered bottles. The bourbon cask brings sweetness and balance to Mortlach's robust, meaty spirit.
