Mortlach 21 Year Old is a Special Release from 2020, a Speyside single malt bottled at 56.9% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso casks and is bottled at natural strength, where it is described as still very fine. A small splash of water can be added if you like, which softens the tannins.
