A 25 year old Speyside single malt from Mortlach, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2023 for its Distillery Labels series. The whisky was matured in sherry casks. Mortlach's style is often described as rich, meaty and full-bodied. The sherry maturation adds layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, spice and polished oak to that character, giving a deeply sherried and complex whisky with considerable depth.
