Mortlach – Un-Chillfiltered 12 Year Old 2013/2026 (46%)

A 12 year old Speyside single malt from Mortlach, bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled on 18 November 2013 and bottled in June 2026 at 46% vol, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour. The whisky matured first in refill hogsheads, then spent two years finishing in five first fill Rivesaltes wine hogsheads, numbers 104, 105, 107, 109 and 110. Rivesaltes is an intense fortified wine from the south of France. The flavour is described as ripe plums, apricots and orange marmalade, with chocolate and spice.
