This is a 2023 dry white wine from Graves, made by Mouton Cadet and sold in a 75cl bottle.
The blend is Sémillon at 77%, Sauvignon Blanc at 19% and Muscadelle at 4%, from selected plots. Sémillon forms the base, Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus and floral notes, and Muscadelle brings a little spice.
The colour is bright pale yellow with green reflections. The nose opens with grapefruit and a hint of apricot. On the palate, citrus freshness is balanced by acidity, with a mineral touch and a persistent finish.
