Muja Rosapetra is a five-year-old blended Irish whiskey, made from 90% single grain and 10% single malt. The whiskey is triple distilled and matured in Ireland in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, with part of it in tequila casks. It is bottled at 44% without chill-filtration or added colour, in a 50cl bottle.
The bottle is black and diamond-shaped, set on a black concrete base with a concrete stopper.
The nose combines vanilla, caramel and honey with dried fruit, warm spice and a fine herbal note. The palate is soft and balanced, with sherried fruit, toffee and gentle oak. The finish is long and warming.
