Nc'Nean – Cask Strength (70cl, 59%)

Nc'Nean Cask Strength is the organic single malt from Nc'Nean, bottled at full cask strength, 59% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from organic Scottish barley, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. It was matured in bourbon, sherry and STR red wine casks. Gentle fermentation and distillation bring out the delicate, fruity side of the spirit. The tasting notes describe lemon posset, peach and apricot, and spiced rye bread.
