Malted Teacake is the 2026 Huntress release from Nc'nean, an organic single malt in a limited edition. It continues the Huntress series, which focuses on unusual fermentation and cask ideas. The distillery again used selected yeast strains chosen to shape the aroma profile, and combined them with maturation in several cask types: STR red wine, bourbon and Oloroso sherry. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill filtration.
