Quiet Rebels Annabel is an organic Highland single malt from Nc'Nean, the first release in the distillery's Autumn Seasonal Series. It was created in honour of the distillery's founder, Annabel Thomas, and bottled at 48.5% in a run of 4,504 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks (64%), ex-Tokaji wine casks (22%), STR red wine casks (7%) and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads (7%).
The nose brings almond biscotti, vanilla cream and tropical fruit, while the palate runs to coconut, mango, toasted vanilla and citrus peel. The finish is soft, creamy and lightly spiced.
