Nc'Nean – Organic Quiet Rebels: Lorna Bottled 2022 (70cl, 48.5%)

Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels: Lorna is an organic Highland single malt, released in autumn 2022 as part of a series that celebrates the people who work at the distillery. This edition is named after distiller Lorna Davidson. The spirit was distilled in November 2018 and February 2019, then matured in a mix of 84% ex-American whiskey casks and 16% ex-Pineau des Charentes casks. It was bottled in the summer of 2022 at 48.5%, in an edition of 7,560 bottles, without chill filtration and with natural colour. The Pineau des Charentes casks, which once held a French spirit, add a fruity sweetness to the blend.
