Nc'nean – Organic Single Malt Batch 8 (46%)

Nc'nean Organic Single Malt is a Scottish whisky from batch 8, bottled at 46% ABV in a run of 5,040 bottles. The spirit was distilled in 2017, the year the distillery was established. It was matured in a combination of wine casks (65%) and ex-bourbon casks (35%). It is bottled without chill filtration or added colour, and it is organic. The nose is light, with bright fruit and citrus, followed by peaches, apricots and white pepper on the palate. A soft, approachable dram that seems older than it is.
