Made exclusively from Nebbiolo, it shows cherry and small red fruits, floral rose notes and spicy touches of pepper and vanilla from wood ageing. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with soft but persistent tannins, integrated acidity and a long, pleasantly aromatic finish.
It suits Piedmontese dishes such as mushroom risotto or red meats.
