The nose brings ripe small red fruits, rose petals, light earthy notes and subtle spice. The structure is balanced, with freshness alongside tannins that are well defined but not excessive; the finish has medium persistence with fruity returns over a subtle earthy note.
It pairs with Piedmontese and Italian dishes such as roast or braised meats, mushrooms, pasta with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served at around 16-18 C.
