A 15-year-old rhum agricole from Martinique, presented in a bronze colour with an intense aroma. Warm, spicy notes are rounded by a fruity aroma. The palate begins with a soft, velvety texture and moves into a nostalgic, sun-warmed flavour reminiscent of ripe sugar cane fields. It ends with a long, spicy finish. This is a single cask bottling, limited to 335 bottles, bottled at cask strength at 49.1% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, with no colouring, no chill filtration and no added sugar.
