Neisson Profil 105 (70cl, 54.2%)

Neisson Profil 105 is a Martinique AOC rhum agricole bottled at 54.2% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. It is matured for 12 to 24 months in 650 litre casks and is neither chill-filtered nor coloured. The distillery was founded in 1932 by brothers Adrien and Hildebert-Pamphile Neisson, and remains family-owned. Neisson is the only farm on Martinique with its own sugar cane fields, and the rhum is made from fresh sugar cane juice grown on volcanic pumice soils. On the nose and palate there are citrus fruits, spice, roasted coffee, floral notes and vanilla, with a long finish.
