Neisson Profil 62 Rhum Agricole Martinique AOC (70cl, 49.2%)

A rhum agricole from Martinique by Neisson, bottled at 49.2% vol in a 700 ml bottle. Neisson was founded in 1932 and remains in family hands. The distillery ages its rhum directly and exclusively on Martinique. It works with different alcohol profiles to draw aromas from the cask. The sugar cane is grown on north Caribbean terroir with volcanic pumice soils and a sandy-clay texture, with strong sunshine and low rainfall during harvest.
