This is an eight-year-old single barrel wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Whiskey Co, bottled at a cask strength of 71.3% abv in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition drawn from one barrel produced for the Kentucky Bourbon Festival 2026.
The Hazmat name refers to bourbons bottled above 70% abv. Part of the maturation took place at PCS Distilling's warehouse, where the barrel was heat-cycled, a process of temperature variation used to raise proof and viscosity.
