An 8 year old single barrel wheated straight bourbon from New Louisville Whiskey Co, bottled at a cask strength of 70.7% ABV in a 75cl bottle. This is a limited edition.
The Hazmat name refers to bottlings above 70% ABV. Part of the maturation took place in PCS Distilling's warehouse, where the barrel was heat-cycled, a process that introduces temperature variation to raise proof and viscosity.
It opens with burnt sugar, toffee and toasted spice.
